These apartments have two main rooms, so they are ideal for families, larger groups, or couples who want more space. Most of the apartments have spectacular views over the park. Despite the peaceful location the building is in the centre of the historical heart of Prague and is just a few minutes' walk from the Castle and Charles Bridge.
The pictures here give you a better idea of the incredible location. There are sixteen apartments to choose from: Hawthorn, Rowan and Fig Tree are big enough for eight people, Redwood, Beech, Laurel, Elderberry, Apricot and Lilac apartments are easily big enough for six people, Cypress, Cedar and Aspen are big enough for four, while Cherry Tree, Birch and Willow are easily big enough for three people. Larch is a little smaller and is ideal for couples.
This luxury apartment has one huge master bedroom and a large kitchen. It has its own bathroom and lavatory and is totally self-contained. It is large - about 65sqm - so there is space for up to ten people.
The main room is tastefully furnished and full of plants. The building you will be staying in is over 400 years old and is an internationally protected monument. The entire building has been restored to an extremely high standard.
It has spectacular views across the park. This is a very peaceful part of Prague and the air is much cleaner than in the rest of the city. The windows face south so the apartment gets a lot of sun. It is still within very easy walking distance of the main sights.

Despite all the greenery you will be right in the very centre of the historical sights. The castle is about three minutes' easy walk down the hill and Charles Bridge is about ten minutes walk away. There are twenty two restaurants within five minutes' walk of the building and dozens of pubs and cafés.
To give a better idea of the location there are two pictures taken from the other side of the park. The spires at the top of the photo below are Prague Castle. You can see our building in front of this. The photo on the right was taken from the woods on the other side of the park. You will be in the white building on the left.
As you would expect, this is the most expensive part of Prague - or, indeed, of the whole of the Czech Republic. It is the equivalent of Mayfair in London. Other residents in this area are international executives and diplomats.
The Willow Apartment has two rooms, both of which have glorious views over the park. There is a small private balcony.
This apartment is in the same building and on the same floor as the Redwood Apartment shown above. The building is over 400 years old and is protected internationally by UNESCO because of its historical significance. The living room has a painted wooden ceiling (see right) which is of particular interest.

The Cypress Apartment is bright and sunny and has a view over the park and the centre of Prague.
The apartment consists of one main living room, a separate bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The main room looks out onto the park while the bedroom looks out onto a small private garden. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a 17th century building.
Because the apartment is at the top of the building the windows are relatively small. However the views are spectacular, especially in summer when the trees are in leaf.
The apartment is right in the heart of the historical part of Prague, and is just a few minutes' walk from the castle and Charles Bridge. The pictures above give you a better idea of the location.
Please note that because of the historical importance of the building it has not been possible to add a lift: this apartment is therefore not suitable for people who are frail. Obviously when you arrive you will be given help with your luggage.
The Cherry Tree Apartment has glorious views over the park, which includes Petrin Hill and an historic orchard. Because of its unusual layout the apartment is very good value for money.
There is a main living room/bedroom and a separate kitchen. The space is self-contained apart from the lavatory: this is not shared with anyone else, but it is about three metres from the entrance to the apartment. The shower unit is in the bedroom.
Please note that because of the historical importance of the building it has not been possible to add a lift: as this apartment is on the fourth floor of the building it is not suitable for people who are very frail. Obviously when you arrive you will be given help with your luggage if you need it. For most people the trip up the stairs will be well worth it!

This apartment offers a combination of antique furniture and a kitchen and bathroom which were built from scratch in 2006. The apartment consists of a main living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen area and a private bathroom and lavatory. The bedroom has a romantic platform bed and an extra bed on the floor. This apartment is ideal for a family with children or for a romantic couple who need a little extra space.
The kitchen area has a fridge and a hob. The kitchen is not suited to large-scale catering but is ideal if you would like to save money by cooking some of your own meals.
The apartment looks out onto Nerudova Street, one of the most historically significant streets in the whole of Prague. Looking down the street you can see St. Nicholas' church, while in the other direction you can see a number of embassies and palaces. The street has cobblestones and very little traffic passes through. You will be staying in the heart of Prague, just a few minutes' walk from Charles Bridge and the castle. The building is 400 years old and of considerable historical significance in its own right.
This is our most luxurious apartment: the singer Art Garfunkel stayed here for two weeks in September 2007. The apartment has two gigantic rooms, both of which have spectacular views over the park.

The Lilac Apartment is a luxury duplex apartment in one of the most gorgeous locations in the whole of Prague.
You will have beautiful views over the garden of a convent and, beyond that, Petrin Park. You will feel as though you are in the calm of the countryside even though you are right in the centre of Prague. Charles Bridge and the castle are just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment consists of two floors: on the top floor there is a living room area, a dining area and a small kitchen area. Downstairs is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
You will also have access to a huge balcony with views over the park and over Prague. This balcony is ideal for eating out in summer.
The Larch Apartment is relatively small, but has lovely views over the park. The main living room is very sunny; the bedroom is quiet and looks onto a small courtyard.
The bathroom was completely refurbished in 2007.
